Roman has had exposure to the food and beverage industry in different ways for over 10 years. Still an enthusiastic cook and mixologist, he has worked in various capacities in and around Boston, New York and San Diego but his passion has always been creative photography. Over time, his work has evolved from landscape and art photography to illustrate the core of his palette: food and drink. His passion is to show to the fullest, the appeal and art in food and beverage.
